Supreme Court of RS confirms eight-year prison sentence against Ilija Elez for war crime in Foča
SARAJEVO, July 20 (FENA) – The Supreme Court of the entity of Republika Srpska has upheld the first-instance verdict sentencing Ilija Elez to eight years in prison for a war crime committed against civilians in the Foča area in 1992.
