Small plane crashes in Kannonkoski, pilot injured

A small plane crashed into a forest in Kannonkoski, a municipality in Central Finland late Thursday night, police said. The accident took place at about 8:30 p.m. near a recreational aviation place. The pilot, who was alone onboard was injured in the accident and taken to hospital. Police did not divulge the identity of the pilot. The reason behind the crash could not be known immediately. Police and rescue service people rushed to the spot and investigating into the incident to find out the reason behind it.
