HJPC rejects European Commission criticism over asset declaration monitoring rulebook
SARAJEVO, June 4 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has decided to oppose the European Commission after receiving a letter from the European Commission’s Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations announcing the suspension of funding for a program monitoring how the HJPC verifies asset declarations submitted by judges and prosecutors.
