A second Afghan national who was flown into the United States under Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome program in 2021 has been arrested in connection with a terror plot after threatening on TikTok to detonate a bomb in Texas. This comes just days after 29-year-old Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who entered the country under the same program in 2021, ambushed two West Virginia National Guardsmen in Washington, DC, killing one and critically injuring the other.
